Q. Im in Auckland, can i hire a costume?
A. Yes, we courier the costumes to anywhere in New Zealand, and sometimes beyond.

Q. What if it is the wrong size?
A. Unfortunately, if you are hiring the costume, there is nothing we can do, and you will still be charged - so check the measurements to be certain. If you are buying the outfit, we can exchange for a different size.

Q. How much is the bond?
A. The bond depends on the costume, they range from $10.00 - $40.00

Q. How long do i have the costume for?
A. The hire fee is for two nights – but weekends are an exception.

Q. Can i come and try the costumes on?
A. Yes you are more than welcome to view/try on the costumes.

Q. Do you wholesale?
A. No we dont, but we do give a discount for bulk orders.

Q. Are all your costumes displayed on the website?
A. Yes. However sometimes we can order other costumes in especially, given enough time.

Q. How much is the courier?
A. Again, it depends on the costume, but in most cases it is no more than $7.00.

Q. Do i wash the costume?
A. No, we do this ourselves. A lot of the time washing the costume will damage it.
